By downloading, installing, or using the Gone Surfing app ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.2. Use of the Service
2.1 User Data: The Service does not require user authentication or a formal account system. All data, including subscription details, are stored locally on your device.2.2 In-App Purchases: The Service offers in-app purchases that include subscription packages for a premium version of the app, which unlocks additional features and enhanced functionality. All transactions are processed through third-party services like RevenueCat, and users are subject to the terms of those services.3. Subscriptions
3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: The Service offers auto-renewable subscriptions that automatically renew at the end of each subscription period (weekly, monthly, or yearly), unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The subscription fee will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.3.2 Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next period. There are no refunds for unused portions of a subscription term.4. Privacy and Data Handling
